Duration: 6+ months
Description:
Primary function: Technical Resource for Consumer Banking Business Intelligence / Reporting
This position will serve as the lead technical resource to develop analytics and reporting for the Consumer Banking portal, dashboard, and scorecard system.
Candidate will gather business requirements, analysis and design of report specifications, develop reports, unit test and test with business, and create documentation for the reports for each project/task assigned.
Must demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Must demonstrate ability to assume different roles, such as requirements/business analyst and developer.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings.
Must have experience creating dashboards and scorecards with Cognos 8.x. Also, portal creation experience with Cognos 8.x required.
Technical experience required: three plus years experience with Cognos 8.x or above.
Familiarity with Javascript, HTML and Web development preferred, for the purpose of custom portal development.
Familiarity with SQL and relational DBMS's required.
Will have demonstrated ability to devise executive level views
Familiarity with MS Access preferred.
Ability to use Microsoft suite of products effectively
