Need Business Analyst with Capital market exp!

The roles requires a senior BA (about 6-8 years of experience),
excellent communication and BA skills, capital markets domain
knowledge, preferably in equities (regulatory knowledge would be
bonus, but not crucial).  Further ask is very good understanding of
SQL queries, presumably so that the BA can 'reverse engineer the
requirements from data (?)'.

Employment Type: Contract.
Location: Rockville, MD.
