Pay rate is $50hr on c2c (Little Flexible)
Location: San Diego
Duration 6 + Months
This is a typical IT PROJECT MANAGER role with leadership responsibility for the entire lifecycle, from project definition through deployment. Coordinate cross-organizational teams to plan the execution strategy, identify and track task-level detail, and manage issues and risks. Communicate & collaborate at multiple levels from individual contributors to executives.
NOTE: They need to have managed Salesforce CRM Projects
Ability to direct, plan, estimate and schedule complex IT implementation efforts with a diverse team of resources across the organization.
Proven track record in successfully completing multiple, concurrent business systems projects in phases of 3-6 month durations.
Exceptional written, verbal and strong presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, priority-shifting environment.
Proven record of effective customer expectation management, ability to gain consensus on challenging issues, and communicate decisions effectively. Education : Bachelor's Degree required; Information Technology or related field preferred.
