We are having below different Project Manager with Plant Maintenance
(PM) exp
Rek 1: PM Lead Consultant
• work with divisions to clean data before exporting into SAP via LSMW
• SAP PM Master data management understanding
• Assist with security requirements work with Whirlpool security team
• Creation of test plans and testing both R3 and Webdynpro PM Portal.
• Participate in Go live preparation and go lives
• Assist divisions with training and training preparation.
• Assist SAP PM Project manager with other activities related to SAP
PM Project.
• LSMW skill set required
Rek 2: Project Manager- Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Assume Project management Role on the Pay metrics Tokenization
Project
• Neuenschwander remains project manager till July 1, 2010. His start
date with Accenture is 5/15/2010. Would like someone to shadow Mike
from 6/1 to 7/1
• New PM will Knowledge Transfer from Mike Neuenschwander.
• New resource will be Project Manager replacing Neuenschwander for
the remainder of the project.
• Knowledge on SAP and Pay metrics is Required
Rek 3: Sr project Manager - Plant Maintenance (PM)
• Coordinating and leading SAP PM Project from the IS side. Overall
SAP PM Project Manager role
• Will work closely with the Business team assigned to the project
• Maintain appropriate Project plans and status reports as required
• SAP Plant Maintenance Configuration
• Copy existing configuration from plant to plant
• Export data from Maximo database,
• work with divisions to clean data before exporting into SAP via LSMW
• SAP PM Master data management
