System Analyst/ Sr. Developer

Complete Description:
This position requires experience with working with users to define business requirements and translating those requirement into system level requirements. Also need to be able to design system solutions that meet the system requirements. Candidate will also need to have expertise in building tables, creating complex relationships among these tables within Quickbase application. Should have knowledge to create and document logical and physical database schemes. Candidate should have ability to understand existing systems and work flows in order to make recommendations on how to optimize these processes.
Skills in designing healthcare related tracking and reporting systems for organizations such as: (Primary Care and Physicians Licensing programs).
Candidate should have experience with Oracle Db, SQL, Microsoft Access and Excel.
Candidate should be experience with creating project plans, providing status updates to Management level, and PMI/ITIL methodologies.
Candidate need to be able to manage a project through all phases of the SDLC.
