-          Strong communication and stakeholder mgt skills

-          Awareness of SAP PS functionality at a high level including transactions, functionality, screens

-          Experience in gathering requirements, structuring meetings and running workshops

-          Experience in Heavy oil either from the Upgrador or Mine side

-          Has worked on at least 2 SAP projects in the past in a business facing functional role

-          Business Process design work
