·         HP Service Manager product knowledge

·         Good knowledge of 3-tier architecture

·         Fair knowledge of database (Type of database depends on HP SM installation. Database can be Oracle/ IBM DB2/ SQL Server)

·         Knowledge of java scripting will be added advantage

·         Fair knowledge of Operating System on which HP SM is installed
