Title: Manual tester

Request: Tester/Analyst
Duration: 13 W, 5 D
This analyst/tester will be on the CS2 and Kiosk CTD team, which is
responsible for manual and automated execution of test cases
supporting the Rapid Rewards 2.0 program initiative.

Test Role: The person will need to be able to manually execute test
cases created by other Team members.
Validates and ensures that client and functional requirements are met
via use case, requirements and UI design.
Communicates testing risks to CTD Test Lead.

Minimum 3 years experience creating test cases and/or scripts.
Minimum 3 years software testing (functional, integration, system, and/
or automation).
Minimum 3 years experience working with testing tools, such as Mercury
Interactive's Test Director, Rational's TestManager.
Minimum 3 years working within a heterogeneous platform environment
(Unix, Windows, etc.).
Minimum 3 years experience using Microsoft Office applications with an
emphasis on Word and PowerPoint.
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Minimum 3 years of experience with quality assurance in a UNIX based
environment

Extensive understanding of various standards of Systems Development
Life Cycle processes and the integration points of the Testing Life
Cycle processes within it.
Proven aptitude in reconciling business requirements with testing
requirements.
Demonstrated validation skills.
Ability to comprehend high levels of complex details
Ability and willingness to tactfully challenge assumptions and
communicate concerns.
Ability to problem-solve in time constrained situations
Proven written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Solid Customer management Application Development Team interface
skills.
Detailed, highly organized and time efficient
Experience in varied technology projects throughout all phases.
Ability to conduct usability testing.
Proven capability to handle multiple situations simultaneously.
Airline Application experience a plus.
