position details :

We have an immediate opening on the End -2 End team for java Web Developer. This is contract position until the end of the year. Here is more complete description:

 

We seek an experienced Java Web Developer to join the comparison shopping website team. 

You will be responsible for implementing new functionality for a high-profile consumer website. 

Most projects have a strong collaboration between product management, engineering, and QA and you will be an integral part of this process.

The cross-functional and agile team consists of ~15 Engineers, QA, Designers, and Product Managers. 

We have a good team dynamic and thrive on group participation and rapid pace of development with lots of delegated responsibility and opportunity to work with adjacent disciplines.

Skills:

1. 4+ years Java development experience in OO and distributed environments.

2. 4+ years development experience with web technologies(JSP, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript).

3. Experience using Tomcat

4. Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs is a must

5. Familiarity and comfort with source control tools
