Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities |

- Leader of Offshore Production Team
- Leader at construction document level
- Accountable to SDS A/E Team
- Manage global-transition parameters – time, distance, language, learning curves, etc.
- Meeting of all established project parameters – budget, schedule, quality
- Meeting of all client project/program expectations
- Proactive communication of project expectations to production team
- Manage overall project production workflows in relation to staffing, and assist in workflow planning efforts with SDS Team Leader
- Manage construction document progress against established project schedule parameters
- Attend scheduled team progress meetings and provide production progress status reports to SDS A/E Team
- Provide technical support and guidance to assigned production staff
- Ensure appropriate construction detailing is being utilized for selected project building materials and systems
- Review construction documents for compliance to all relevant building codes
- Lead/oversee construction document quality management compliance, reviews, and corrections
- Lead/manage project checkset efforts for production team in coordination with SDS A/E Team
- Participate in periodic critical evaluation efforts as representative of Offshore Production Team
- Evaluate performance of assigned production staff and lead efforts in making staffing adjustments as required to ensure compliance to established performance levels – efficiency, productivity, expertise, etc.

- The Production Coordinator provides supervision and quality-control checks for the Production Team in the generation of construction document packages. The coordinator serves as the liaison between the Production Team and the Corporate SDS A/E Team in ensuring that generated construction document drawing packages satisfy all established project parameters – budget, schedule, quality, and program.

- Ability to direct, supervise, and lead the work of subordinate team members in successful achievement of established goals
- Strong coordination and communicative skills, both written and verbal in English and native languages
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills – ability to readily adapt to project/workflow adjustments
- Well developed problem-solving skills, with leadership skills to make independent decisions within a general framework
- Thorough knowledge of procedures/process for production of construction documents
- Working knowledge of US building codes, including HDCP accessibility regulations
- Thorough understanding of US building materials, construction methods, detailing, and measurement systems
- Thorough technical knowledge of architectural systems; working knowledge of civil, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for project coordination purposes
- Experience in commercial projects is required; experience in supermarket/restaurant/retail projects is strongly preferred
- Strong computer aptitude to include thorough working knowledge of Autocad drafting systems
- Solid understanding of SDS standards and procedures

Qualifications |
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) preferred or related technical school degree, minimum
- Minimum of 6-8 years experience in A/E construction document project settings, to include relevant work experience in all phases of architectural drafting, detailing, scheduling, and A/E coordination.
