Title : WebSphere Commerce Suite Consultant/java developer  for the client in MN.

Web Developer with 3-5 years' deep IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite and Java. Must be seasoned with deep experience on IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite (no exceptions/ substitutions) as this role is the sole 'go to' person for this area.

This chosen consultant will assess the environment, and hit the ground running. Would ideally like someone that has had some architecture/ design experience (in Web Sphere/ e commerce).

Must be seasoned with deep experience on IBM Web Sphere Commerce Suite (no exceptions/ substitutions) as they have no one there to provide training.  This person will literally come in, assess the environment, and get to work.  They are using this tool for their website, a high transaction/ high volume site.  They're also in the middle of a major, business critical upgrade (upgrading the software and also moving from the i Series to Linux).  Technically speaking, they're in the midst of the design phase so if someone had some architecture/ design experience (in Web Sphere/ e commerce) that would be ideal.  By December, they're hoping to move into the coding/ rewrite phase.  Manager said they could also go with someone who's just a heavy, heads-down coder if that's the best we can find with the Web Sphere experience. 

 This person will have lots of interaction with the users and the technical/ web teams, thus, he/she must have strong communication skills and also have a solid overall business/ big picture view.
