Position: Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant (some techno-functionals are ok as well)

Details:
This candidate defines requirements, creates specifications, works on complex or multidisciplinary application development/testing/implementations, resolves complex enhancement or support issues and provides technical leadership. Specific focus in Oracle 11i HRMS modules, (Core HR, Self-Service HR, Advanced Benefits, and Payroll).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Finding solutions to common and complex business problems through standard Oracle functionality.
2. Good understanding of the Oracle HRMS e-Business Suite applications, as well as table structures, schemas, API’s
3. Competent in the development languages/tools utilized in the Oracle environment. Includes PL/SQL, XML, Java, Report 6i, Discoverer.
4. Identify and document business case for process improvement recommendations
5. Follows all established program development policies/procedures for implementing new applications and/or functionality.

1. Analyzes, designs, developments, tests and implements new Oracle programs and processes.
2. Provide excellent customer service to our customers (the business users).
3. Act as a leader in the department to mentor and assist peers, as needed.
4. Expand areas of expertise through personal development plans in leadership and technical training, as well as provide mentoring and guidance to developers, as needed.
5. Ability to manage small projects.
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum – 4 years of application development.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
Excellent communication skills, ability to analyze a situation and determine the best solution, ability to sell ideas to other departments within the organization.
