1. Especially strong skills using HP Quick Test Pro, to the level of a developer (QTP 10, QTP 9.5)
2. Experience supporting test teams with automation technology
3. Looking for more of a developer than tester, or tester with development background
Basic skills for all candidates:
Manual and Automation Testing (Mercury/Rational or any tools)
Agile Testing Experience is a plus
Some amount of Oracle SQL or PL/SQL experience
Strong UNIX/LINUX experience, including shell scripting
JAVA Skills are a plus
Working Experience with Automation Frameworks
Development Background Preferred
Knowledge of various types of testing - i.e. Functional, white box, black box and regression testing
Knowledge of keyword-driven or action-based testing methodology is a plus
