QA tester. 

 

1.     Pega experience.  I want a tester who's able to work in the tool, not just test from a user perspective.   

2.     Experience in development and execution of automated test scripts.  We use the 'Test Partner' product here (that specific tool knowledge is a must). 

3.     Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

4.     Must be able to work very independently in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, multi-task successfully and be self- managed and motivated.  I don't have the time or inclination to micro-manage anybody.  The right candidate will be proactive and confident in their abilities.

5.     Having their own transportation is mandatory.  Some work may be offsite in Montvale although most work is in Franklin Lakes.  OT may be required.
