Urgent need of ETL Lead in SFO for 3+ Months

Title: ETL Lead
Location: SFO, CA
Duration: 3+ Months
 
Healthcare and Pharma experience will be given first preference

Description:
• As ETL Lead, this candidate will be responsible for the overall ETL design
of the project/program.
• Person will be responsible for ensuring that the ODS/ EDW designs align
with the established information standards and responsible for collecting,
leveraging and designing reusable components during the lifecycle of the
project.
• The candidate will work with a team of Subject Matter Experts, Technical
Project Managers, etc to effectively deliver projects & initiatives and will
require the capability to work in large cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Healthcare industry technology/standards is required.
• Architectural level Familiarity with at least one major ETL vendor product
is required, e.g. Informatica
• Consulting experience is preferred.

Required:
• Person must have at least 10 years experience in Informatica, DBMS systems
• Strong experience in data integration, data warehousing and ETL is a must.

• Should be able to provide guidelines and help for setup, configuration,
management and support of Informatica platforms across multiple locations.
• Acts as a technical lead and mentor to the Platform Data Integration
group.
• Familiarity with the following concepts is a must:
• Dimensional Modeling
• Data warehousing architecture
• Oracle
• Excellent problem resolution and analysis skills required  
• Must be able to present complex data/concepts in a clear, understandable,
and meaningful way for reporting to upper management.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including effective
meeting management; prepare and present (PowerPoint/Visio); documentation
templates for various procedures when needed.
• Good analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work well as part of a team as well as be self-motivated.
• Must be open to flexible work schedule to remain in-step with project and
organizational needs.
• Must be able to handle and ensure delivery using Onsite Offshore Delivery
