Required skills:
J2EE Experience – Java Server Pages, Java Persistence API, Enterprise Java Beans 3 including Message Driven Beans
Experience architecting and delivering
Workflow management solutions (Information/Application Architecture)
J2EE applications (Information/Application Architecture)
Relational Database applications (Data Architecture)
Web Based solutions using Java Server Pages, Servlets and AJAX
Solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture.
Experience tuning J2EE applications, Workflow applications, Web Based solutions both UI and Web Services
Experience with Some architectural patterns such as DAO, MVC, etc
Experience documenting solutions using UML
Experience evaluating and recommending improvements to Application, Data and Technical Architectures
Experience document current state and future state architectures and providing plan for moving the architecture forward
Good communications skills
Good leadership skills
