NEED URGENTLY Project Manager - Human Resources (HR) projects in Tulsa, Ok

Hello There,
I have the following positions open. Please let me know.

 

Project Manager - Human Resources (HR)  projects
Locattion: Tulsa, Ok
Duration: 6 months
Rate: DOE

Project Management expertise (minimum 5 years); looking for experienced PM to take these 2 existing projects through execution phases of the project. Will need experience in vendor management. Both of these projects are in the Human Resources (HR) area.  Experience in Applicant Tracking or the HR area would be beneficial but not required. It is a strong desire that this candidate have good language skills and should have run application delivery/upgrade projects in the past.
