Need an IT Recruiter with US staffing experience of 3- 5 years with excellent communication and writing skills.
Should have good understanding of business process of US IT Recruitments
1. Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
2. Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and negotiate rates
3. Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
2. Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals and vendors.
3. Organizing documentation work involving contract agreements with candidates/vendors/clients
4. Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.
