MS CRM Dynamics Developer

MPLS, MN

3-12+ Months

 

Responsibilities:

 

Provide software design, development, integration, and support services for the upgrade of Dynamics CRM 4.0 to 2011 (5.0) with a focus on quality improvements, process improvements and/or re-engineering.  This position interacts with all internal business units, external technology service providers and consultants.

 

Qualifications:

 

•           Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, CIS, MIS curriculum)

•           4-6 years' development experience with MS Dynamics CRM software

•           Certification in Dynamics CRM is highly desired

•           Knowledge of the Dynamics CRM SDK

•           Development of Web-based dashboards and alert notifications

•           Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011 applications from the user interface

•           Developing and implementing workflow/workload process applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and 2011

•           Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Expertise in the following areas:

o          Implementing customer relationship management related data taxonomies

o          Entity Customization

o          APIs for metadata support

o          Plug-in development

o          UI customization for Web client and for MS CRM for Outlook

o          Workflow development and customization

•           Demonstrated expertise in designing and programming web-based user interfaces

•           5-8 years' related experience as a software developer with concentration in Microsoft Technology stack

•           Experience implementing .NET applications including UI, middle, and database tiers

•           Experience in C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS SQL, Web Services, and using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

•           Good oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to participate effectively in cross-functional teams, and to represent technology services in a manner that is easily understood by non-technical users and customers.

•           Good facilitation skills, including leading meetings, presenting to individuals and groups, and resolving/ mediating problems.

•           Strong initiative; able to self-manage. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done. Understands communication channels and escalates appropriately.

•           Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.

•           Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
