Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall system design.
- Documents development requirements for database, applications, and operation system environment.
- Consults with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs.
- Serves as subject matter expert in all aspects of designing and application development.
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level specialist.
- Leads teams of architects, technical leads and developers both on and off-shore (8-20 people)
- Manages multiple projects concurrently.
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
- Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
- Reviews work of development team.
- Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to our code library.
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
- Communicates and enforces coding standards
- Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers.
- Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
Required :
- Certified Scrum Master
- Resolving the impediments for the team with a quick turn around
- Tracking the velocity, progress of the sprint
- Handling the scrum calls on daily basis and in timely manner
Desired :
- Knowledge on PMF
- Should have executed the scrum on Pega projects
- Knowledge on Pega
