Ability to confidently define/make recommendations in support of building a forward looking next generation HR portal with sophisticated UI, Workflow, Content Management, security and analytics; Establish and execute task plan, facilitate portal customer/stakeholder sessions; Partnership and collaboration closely with the other portal development/engineering leads and to provide and implement best practices across project; Documentation of functional specs
