Required Skills

·         10 years experience with general IT SDLC processes, resource management and budgets

·         8 years Skilled in delivering projects on time and budget for projects with a large number of stakeholders.

·         8 years Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including Executive Staff.

·         8 years Skilled in risk mitigation and management.

·         8 years Skilled in mediating groups with conflicting and competing business requirements.

·         8 years Skilled in guiding large project teams with internal and external resources.

·         8 years Skilled in change management and change readiness practices.

·         3 years Experience with Child Welfare and SACWIS systems. SACWIS stands for Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System

·         3 years Experience with DIR and DFPS PMLC/SDLC document templates and reporting processes.

·         2 years Experience with DFPS adoptive and foster care programs
