Job Title: SAP GRC Adminstrator
Location:Oakland, CA
Length: 12 months

MUST:
5-7 years as an SAP GRC Adminstrator
5-7 years experience with SAP Security
enterprise experience
good communication

70% of their day to day responsibilities will include:
Administering SAP GRC RAR.
Providing SOD input on role changes.
Creating and maintaining SOD Risks, Functions, and mitigating controls in SAP GRC RAR based on recommendations and approvals from FRC and Business Process Risk Owners.
Recommending access changes for SOD remediation to Business Process Risk/Role Owners.
Providing and interpreting SOD risk analysis reports to Business Process Risk/Role Owners during quarterly review.
Providing list of GRC RAR applied mitigating controls during FRC quarterly review.
Maintain documentation of all approvals of Ruleset changes, and changes to and application of mitigating controls.

The other 30% of their job duties will be:
In addition, there are other aspects of the SAP Security jobs that currently is being performed by the Clorox Security Team that can be off-loaded to the position that should be completed at task level, they include (Clorox Operational Resource)--
Interface with the HP SAP Security Team for high level Admin. Level access, including the reviewing and approving of SAP* and DDIC
Reviewing and Approval of SPM (Firefighter) account requests, and other requests for HP teams.
Attending and working with businesses on role/transaction code changes
Attending CAB/LINC/Pipeline meetings to review and approve change requests
Support SOX/Audit/Control Self-Assessment efforts and data provision and reviews.
