Job Title: SAP Basis Program Manager

Location: Mounds View, MN

Duration:  1 year +

Description :

• Responsible for governance of contract resources and work direction for internal staffs to ensure SAP operates in accordance with the needs of the business and optimizes Medtronic's investment.

Specifically, the responsibility will include the following areas :

• SAP architecture

• Environment Planning including refreshes, back-up, and recovery

• Transport Management Strategy and support

• License Management

• Performance Tuning

• Problem and Incident Management

• Installation of SAP Software

• SAP and DB2 Upgrades, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, Note Corrections

• Incoming demand, estimates, and staffing

• Code design, development, and implementation
