• Understanding sequence diagrams
• Writing complex algorithms
• Hibernate/Gemfire L2 or Terracotta or distributed caching..
• User Interface Experience.

Required :

• Strong Java/J2EE developer with excellent UI skills. 
• Prefer WEB2.0, if not atleast strong Javascript along with J2EE).
• 5+ Years J2EE/Websphere Core Java.
• 3+ Years Experience with excellent UI skills.
• 3+ Years Experience with Understanding sequence diagrams.

Desired:
ObjectDB or CouchDB – Database experience is a huge Plus
