Java/J2EE Technical Analyst--Orlando, FL--6 months--Immediate interviews

Position: J2EE Technical Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 6 months

Minimum Requirement:

• 6-8 years of J2EE  development experience of working in fast paced agile environment

• Hands on experience and willing to write and debug code if needed using advanced Java technologies

• Understanding of various Architectural and Design Patterns with experience in implementation

• Implementation experience with ReSTful web services, SOAP web services, ESB, Spring Framework etc.

• Implementation experience with Logging Framework, Java Persistence API, Rules Engines, Complex Event Processing (CEP) and URIcaching       products.

• Experience of working in RUP and Agile based development methodology

• Experience in documenting the architecture and design

• Experience in preparing presentations and ability to present to both technical and business audience.

• Experience in running effective meetings with large audience and capture notes, follow up and track items to closure.

• Detailed understanding of Requirements, Use Cases, User Stories and experience converting them to appropriate technical designartifacts.

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems like thread contentions, synchronization issues and Debug HTTP request and responses etc.

• Excellent problem solving and communication (written and verbal) and Facilitation skills.

• Ability to work independently with experience interacting with business and architecture community

Desired Experience:

• Assists Project Management with status reporting, presentations, as needed.

• Experience with Sonic ESB Container, Apama CEP and DROOLS is a desired

• Ability to write behavior driven test scripts using tools like JBehave is a plus.

• Experience with framework and common services development is a plus

• Experience in hospitality or entertainment industry a plus
