We have UAT Testing openings in NY (mid-town).

Location:  Mid-town  NY City

Duration:  12 months

Hourly rate:  $45 - 50

Domain experience:  Capital Markets

 

-         Minimum  5 to 7 years of Software Testing experience

o   Excellent knowledge of SDLC, testing methodology and processes

o   Strong ability to interpret business requirements for the purpose of liaising with Technology Developers

o   Strong ability to structure effective end to end UAT cases for both execution and  business (client) testing

o   Ability to manage technology relationship during development and UAT, as well as oversight of corrections of defects identified during UAT

o   Good SQL knowledge

o   Good and effective communication skills

o   Capability to take-on new initiatives

o   Unix, MS Access and Advance MS Excel knowledge is + but not mandatory

·        Prior work experience in a financial institution; experience with Risk and/or Risk technology projects preferred

1.       VisionPLUS Manual Tester with 3+ years of experience in VisionPLUS and Cards Domain – Test Execution.

2.       Hands-on experience (VisionPLUS Test Execution) is a must.

3.       Should have worked in at least 3 of the below-mentioned modules (CMS being the mandatory module):

a.       CMS, CDM, FAS, MBS, ASM, CTA, WSS

4.       Experience in TSO / File Aid / File Manager / Interfaces Testing is necessary

5.       Should be able to independently schedule, execute and report status to Test Leads, with minimal hand-holding

6.       Should posses knowledge on Cards Life Cycle, Test Process and Defect Life Cycle

7.       Self-motivated and take initiatives to get the tasks allocated on time.
