Required Skills:

- Minimum 3-5 years Java/J2EE/J2SE development experience,

  preferably gained on multi-tier web-based business applications.

- Knowledge and experience of working with Spring, Hibernate,

  Struts2, Maven, SQL, XML, Tag Libraries, JSPs.

- End-to-end understanding of common SDLC models and artifacts.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively understand and

  translate product and business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

- 3-5 years Oracle development experience including SQL,

  stored procedures, and custom functions.

- Understanding of client SDLC and associated artifacts.

- Experienced in Service Oriented Architecture development.

- Experienced using industry standard Java IDE's.

- Experienced developing customizing code interfaces to COTs solutions.

- Hands-on experience creating use cases, class, sequence

  and deployment diagrams using Rational Tools.

- An understanding of Agile development methodologies.
