General Description of Job Function or Purpose: Work with business experts and IT team members to perform tasks across a full software development lifecycle, from analysis through implementation and support. Position primarily involves taking the lead design role on development projects and working with offshore teams. | ||
Required Skills | Education & Qualifications Required: ? Extensive experience in designing, developing and supporting .NET database based applications using C#. ? Experience in designing and developing web applications using ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX. ? Experience as a lead or senior developer. ? Strong experience in Object Oriented Analysis & Design ? Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 stored procedures and T-SQL. ? Understanding of software development and architecture principles and best practices. ? Knowledgeable about current industry trends such as SOA, Web Services, MDA, and SaaS. ? Good problem solving and analytical skills. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Team-player. ? Ability to successfully manage multiple task assignments across several projects. ? Familiarity with following a methodology and willingness to follow development policies and procedures. ? Experience with MS Office software (Excel, Word).
