Flex Developer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: NYC, NY

Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills:

·         Well-rounded technologist that has 6+ years of experience in a Program/Algo trading technology .

·         This individual will be responsible for all duties associated with releasing, building, coding, configuring, monitoring, and supporting a Flextrade installation.

·         Build, test, release, maintain and provide support to a critical real-time trading system (Flextrade)

·         Interface with compliance managers to create and update program trading compliance reports (OATS, OTS, ACT, regNMS, SSExempt, etc.)

·         Program Trading and/or Algorithmic trading experience

·         Strong experience with Unix/Linux is required, with particular emphasis on shell scripting and Perl

·         Programming ability in C and Perl - ability to write code (not just maintain)

·         Scripting ability Csh and Ksh - ability to build scripts

·         Experience working with FIX message format (4.0, 4.2)

·         General business knowledge of the US Equities trading environment
