Job Title	SAP CRM Service Functional Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	6 to 8 Years of experience in SAP CRM & ECC with a minimum of 2/3 end to end Field service implementations in SAP CRM integrated with ECC , 2 of them in CRM 7.0.
Technical/Functional Skills	Must have worked as a Lead consultant in large engagements with multiple interfaces Should have been actively involved in Requirement gathering,  blueprinting & solutioning Should have worked in atleast 1 ECC implementations Should have worked on SAP CRM Sales Billing  Knowledge on ACE Good Communications skills Good knowledge on standard BI Reports / Dashboards
Total Experience Required	6+ years
Roles & Responsibilities	Functional Lead Plan and assign tasks to team members and monitor  Customer interactions Hands on configuration, preparation of FS, review of FS Guide and help the  team
Generic Managerial Skills	Able to plan/track tasks/activities Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
Education	Graduate
Work Location	Santa Clara,CA
