Position: JEE Developer
Location: NM
Duration: Long Term

Technical Environment:

·         JEE6, EJB 3.0, Eclipse development environment, Windows, SUSE Linux, MySQL databases, JBOSS.

·         Subversion, Redmine, Jasper.

Job Descriptions:

 

JEE Developer:

·         Study the requirements, system domains, object/data models, mock-up screens, flowcharts and use cases.

·         Actively participate in daily team-centric agile Scrum meetings (for quick code review status/issues) and other development and project meetings.

·         Code server-side EJB 3.0 components using JPA (Hibernate), EJB, dependency injection, web services ( JAX-WS, JAXB), ESB, SOAP, WSDL and CDI (context and dependency injection that uses inversion of control).  Inversion of Control (IoC) is reusable generic code that controls the execution of problem-specific code.  

·         Write weekly status reports.  Meet regularly with team leads including program manager, architect and development technical lead.

·         Work closely with internal state staff to teach, show, mentor and provide whatever other technology   transfer is needed.

·         Respond in a timely manner to all unresolved Java development issues.
