Mandatory Skills:
Minimum of 8 years experience in PowerBuilder programming - for level 3; level 2 requires 6 years.
Minimum of 4 years working as a team leader - N/A for level 2.
Minimum of 4 years working with the Oracle database environment.
Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Business Analysis and Design.
Ability to drive projects to completion.
Desirable skill:
Minimum of 4 experience writing functional and technical specifications, user and technical documentation.
