Title:  Oracle PeopleSoft HR/ HCM / HRMS consultant / Location: Raleigh, NC / Duration: 5+ months / Start Date:  11/16/11 / Target Rate:  all inclusive

Role Description: A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS or HCM version 8.9, 9.0, or 9.1, focused on the core HR (Person, Job, Position, etc.) module, is required. The successful candidate will have participated in multiple implementations of system integrations to PeopleSoft HCM. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft core HR data structures, configuration and setup, and business processes within the application is required. Candidates shall also demonstrate experience in the following:

1. Working with mixed teams of business customers and vendors to gather requirements and map them to application and integration designs and functional specifications.

2. Implementation of systems integrations, specifically utilizing PeopleTools Integration Broker and PeopleCode calls to initiate Web Services messages. This experience must be with PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9 and preferably also in 9.0 or 9.1.

3. Prior University experience working in a relevant role is desired.

4. Significant development/programming experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine) is desired.

5. Working directly with developers to ensure that development meets business requirements and performing quality assurance testing.Imple mentation of systems integrations, specifically utilizing PeopleTools Integration Broker and PeopleCode calls to initiate Web Services messages. This experience must be with PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9 and preferably also in 9.0 or 9.1.
