Necessary Skills	:	MUST have experience in Oracle 10G to 11G upgrade. Expertise in installation of Oracle 10g,11g on HP UX Strong experience in database performance tuning. Strong knowledge and experience in cloning database. Experience in planning and implementation of Backup and Recovery strategy. Good communication skills Working experience in onsite-offshore model Experience in working on ERP Upgrade
Desired Skills		Oracle Certified Professional. Experience in working on PeopleSoft upgrade
Roles & Responsibilities	:	Responsible for 10G to 11G database upgrade activities. Responsible for database performance tuning. Responsible for cloning database, backup and recovery strategy.
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Able to plan/track tasks/activities Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
Education	:	Graduate
