Description:

Mainframe Development COBOL Programmer.

 

A Systems Consulting Analyst will support the various system development/takeover projects being managed within the PBM technical organization. An intermediate-level professional, the Systems Consulting Analyst is a fully qualified individual producer who applies a broad knowledge of systems analysis concepts, practices and procedures.

 

Incumbents are competent to work on fairly complex assignments (and/or portions of more large, complex systems) and perform a full range of system analysis activities and testing independently.

 

The incumbent generally works under tight deadlines and is capable of handling heavy workloads, operating with only general supervision.

 

Assignments to a project may be short term, to help a project at deadline times or to temporarily fill vacancies or short-termed specific needs, or the assignments may be long term, to support a project through the entire development cycle or selected phases.
