Specs:
Senior Project/program Manager with project governance skills.
Good experience with video domain ,IPTV,STB
Knowledge of H.264 , MPEG, video streaming
PMP / PMI certification desirable
Telecom/carriers background preferred.
Good communication skills and experience in interfacing with C level executives
·         Requires some traveling.
