Job Description:-
* Maintaining Database on Daily basis.
* Coordinating with the US team on Day to Day basis.
* Maintaining good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
* Sourcing from Job Portals (Career Builder, Monster, Dice etc). Good Knowledge of W2,Corp to Corp,1099,US tax terms.
* Have to work only in night shifts. Will get best incentives in the industry and other benefits.
* Thoroughly understand each and every aspect of the job requirement.
* Ability to research the technical requirements in order to mentor/train and guide the recruitment team to make effective sourcing.
* Assign /Guide/mentor and train the recruiter on all aspects of the requirement and set clear expectations of the quality and time for sourcing resource(s).
* Supervise recruiters to ensure efficiency of resource search and submission.
* Ensure resume and candidate integrity and interest for the requirement and train/mentor recruiters in the same.
* Conduct the 2nd and final level in-depth screening process of resumes submitted by recruiters. Negotiate pay rate with candidates.
* Should be involved in pro-active recruitment for potential requirements and mentor/train recruiters in the same.
