Position:  Business Analyst with SDP-21
Location: Southfield, MI
Duration:   1+ year
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Rate: $ 6,100.00 monthly

Requirement:
Document via a log, the calls, problems and the support that is provided
Convert data / documents as necessary into multiple formats and maintain consistent look of all content for publishing on website. E.g. PDF, MS Word/PowerPoint/Visio/Excel, HTML conversions.
Ensure traceability matrix is adhered to deliver accurate and efficient programs which meet specifications, standards, and high-level business requirements within the planned timelines.
Write system design documents.
Participates as a SME for ITSR requests (proposals for future work).
Microsoft LiveMeeting experience as well as experience using Microsoft Office tools, End customer service experience, SDP-21 Methodology must have !!
Work involves a great deal of creativity, perception, and initiative, and decisions are made where clearly established policies or procedures are not fully developed
