Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: Long term - currently till end of 2012 with possibility of renewal
Rate:$40/hr.
ITIL background is required

Skillset:  Systems - BA
Deployment Role:  Service Management Process Use
 
Task Description: 
Looking for a BA to lead Continuous Service Improvement work for Application Hosting.
The person will be responsible for establishing CSI process, educating others, and building relationships with our service receivers for the Premium App Hosting offering.
Needs to understand Org Change and must be good communicator. ITIL background is required- V 3 Foundations + some advanced training and experience. 
Must be comfortable with conflict management and vague requirements. 
Needs to be a driver. Will also consider a Technical Analyst or a Systems Analyst with process knowledge. Needs to have Visio and SharePoint skills.
