Job Description:


  • Thorough knowledge of Employee Self Service (ESS) Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Supervisor Self Service (SSS) Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Time Management Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Quotas Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Work Schedules Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Benefits Enrollment Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Universal Work Lists (UWL) Required

  • Thorough knowledge of Organizations Structure Required

  • Experience in a SAP HR Support Role with identifying and resolving system issues and bugs Required 8 Years

  • Design/configure/test/document manual, SAP HR functional test cases utilizing HP QC Test Module for unit/integration testing, using Defect Module Required 6 Years

  • Plan/develop/document program changes/new functionality to actively participate in workshops and design reviews that include technical/functional team Required 8 Years

  • Thorough understanding of QA testing in an SAP Environment Required 8 Years

  • Ability to integrate technical expertise and business understanding to assist with identifying and documenting testing requirements Required 10 Years

  • Demonstrated business acumen and leadership skills to independently meet deliverables and objectives of the SAP HR Functional Testing requirements Required 8 Years

  • Prior program/project management experience in a complex SAP environment Required 8 Years

  • Exp interpreting documented SAP HR Functional Test Procedures and utilize the information to independently plan/test/lead a change in test methodology Required 4 Years

  • Ability to provide guidance and training for project resources with the best practices and processes for SAP HR Functional (Unit/Integration) Testing Required 8 Years

  • Experience with 11.x version of HP Quality Center/ALM enterprise edition or prior experience with HPQC and the Defect Management Module Desired 6 Years

  • Understanding of Live Compare/Live Model software Desired 3 Years
