·        HTML(HTML5) and JSP
·        Struts OR Spring
·        JSF OR Flex (Flex Preferred)
·        Data access layer experience (Hibernate OR JPA OR EJB)
·        Messaging (JMS OR MKSERIES)
·        Weblogic or Websphere
·        Ant OR Maven
·        Web Services (Nice to Have)
·        Python (Nice to Have)
·        Excellent communication skills
·        Ability to juggle multiple tasks at short notice
·         Development experience in Agile environment.
