Essential:
- Strong Java/J2EE knowledge with 9+ yrs experience in all of the below.
- Core Java, Object Oriented programming and multi-threading skills
- Client-server based systems using EJBs, web services, JMS, Hibernate
- Web Application development using JSP, struts, tiles or the likes
- Oracle : SQLs and stored procedures
- Weblogic
- Unix shell scripting
- Other IDE/build tools like: Eclipse, Ant, Cruise Control, or the likes

 

Highly desirable
- Experience in large volume data based batch processing environment
- Knowledge of JRules or the likes
- Java and Oracle performance tuning skills
- Experience with SVN for source control
