Job Description

 

Must Have Skills:

Good hands on these technologies (Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, ExtJS, Oracle, Websphere, SVN, Bamboo, Maven)

Should be able to handle a team of 2 developers at onsite

Should be able to interact with the customer architect and tech lead and provide suggestions rather than taking only inputs from them

Onsite-offshore co-ordination

 

Desired Skills:

Bamboo, Maven

Should Understand the technical architecture and design based on the requirements.

Should Prepare the technical design documents for the iteration and get it reviewed with customer

Help the team in overcoming hurdles on the technical activities

Track the tasks for the iteration and make sure it is burning over the ideal burn down line

Iteration planning on the user stories
