Essential Skills/ Experience Required:

1. Demonstrates advanced design and coding skills in the following technologies:

            a. Java  including mastery over 1.5 and 1.6 features

            b. Spring 3.0

            c. Maven 2.0

            d. Hibernate

            e. JSF/JSP technologies

            f. Application Security Standards (OWASP)

            g. Java unit testing frame works (like JUnit, TestNG)

            h. SOAP Java Libraries ( CXF, Axis)

2. Experience in working in  Agile teams

3. Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

4. Demonstrates intermediate design and coding skills in the following technologies:

            a. Freemarker

            b. JQuery

            c. JBoss/Tomcat Servers Adminstration

            d. Load Testing

5. Basic to Intermediate design and coding skills in the following technologies:

            a. HTML/CSS

6. Ability to lead a small development team.
