PI Stabilization project is focused at putting in place procedures and environmental changes to ensure our PI environment runs smoothly day to day and we can on-board new PI scenarios without impacting our existing landscape

Process (Contribute too)  
1.  Review and contribute to Service Introduction process.  Bring best practices questions that project should consider to before new scenarios are introduced into QA/Production.
2.  Review existing Admin/Basis process and contribute to missing processes or enhancement existing process.
3.  Assist with initial establishment of a Tuning guide or basis steps to validate for new scenarios.
4.  Validate existing Archiving process

 

Environmental change (Do these activities)
1.  Solve Load Balancing issue.  
2.  Rebuild PI Batch Job schedule (work closely with IBM Tivoli Scheduling Team).
3.  Validate PI Parameters and setting are correct
