Required Skills:

Good Crystal Reports developer (3 to 5 yrs) should have experience developing large reports with multiple sub reports (at least 6 or so)

Very strong SQL/SQL query skills there reports have apparently multiple pages of SQL queries

Crystal Reports 2008

Universe knowledge is a plus, but this person is going to be building reports, not universes.
