- Experience in PeopleSoft 9.1
- Should have worked on PeopleSoft HR & Finance integration
- Should have experience with Profile Management
- Should have done at least 2 Upgrades
- Should have good understanding of development best practices
- Should be able to guide the team in developing solutions on the principal of performance and stability
• Should have good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Must have played a lead role in an Onsite/Offshore delivery Model
