Job Title: Websphere portal developer

Location: San Jose, CA, USA

Duration: 1 Year Contract

 

Offshore/Onsite: Onsite

Years of Experience: 5 Years

Job Description:  

• Good understanding of Portal Architecture and Hands on Portal development Experience using Websphere portal.
• Knowledge of Portal standards – JSR 168, JSR 286
• Should have worked on architecture/design of at least one major portal implementation – End to End.
• Knowledge of Security concepts w.r.t login (Authentication) and Authorization (Role based access control) and integration with authentication solutions like Siteminder, Tivoli, LDAP.
• Working Knowledge Portal UI (themes and skins) – understanding of dynamic UI technologies like DOJO, JQuery is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of application server, portal server administration.
• Knowledge of Build and Deployment of solutions on application server and portal server.

Qualification:  Any Engineering Graduate        

Extension Possible: Yes

Other Skills:  Java/J2EE ( In addition to Websphere portal )
