Title: SAP CRM TPM Consultant

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Responsibilities

Design of the SAP CRM configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. • Develop an application prototype and conduct a conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore SAP CRM gap resolution options. • Configure the SAP CRM system to match the design. • Complete Functional Specification & Configuration Rationale documentation. • Unit test the development system configuration. • Test script for integration system test. • Enter the configuration into the "gold" or "master" configuration SAP client and prepare it for migration and transport to the next SAP environment(s) as defined in the project's SAP System Landscape. • Participate in additional testing, including assembly test of RICEF work units and system test. • Complete all appropriate documentation required by the programmers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the application.

 

Required Skills • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering SAP CRM/TPM(Trade Promotion Management) solutions, with at least two full lifecycle implementations • Minimum of 2 years TPM business process knowledge in the Consumer Products industry • Proficiency developing systems requirements, design/prototype, test and implement SAP and TPM solutions • Demonstrated understanding of the building blocks of Trade Promotion Management in the areas of Promotion Planning, Sell-in, Retail Execution and Settlement. and functions of Trade Promotion Management realized with SAP CRM and SAP SCM • Proven understanding of SAP system architecture, monitoring and settings • General knowledge of SAP tables structure and BI cube design • General understanding of BPS planning layouts, ECC claims processing/accounting and SAP transport management • Proficient with CRM IMG and Solution Manager • Prior consulting or client service experience, demonstrating consistent advancement • Strong oral, written presentation and communication skills • Strong leadership and facilitation skills • Education: BS degree in Computer Science/Systems or Engineering, advanced degree preferred
